Hi! I’m new to this group

I recently joined because I will be visiting Sydney at the end of November for 3 months. Im travelling from South Africa on British passport, visa subclass 651 approved and granted. I’m confused regarding condition 8527 do I need a medical clearance for TB? Seen some posts that say only asked and accepted verbal answer at australian border control.
