We’ve booked 5 nights at Steyne hotel manly beach coming with my wife and daughter is there plenty to do

Yes! Lots to do in manly - and a good base to go to city and explore etc. Ferry ride is amazing across harbour (fast ferry if you’re short on time) and manly itself has great walks - look up spit to manly walk. You can he’s d birth to freshwater and further again to curl curl. Lots of great eating in manly too, butter boy cookies is great, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and little L burgers. Hugo’s or garfish if you want a bit more fancy plus plenty of others. You can also go up to top of the headland (called north head) either walk up or get taxi. Great view of city from there. If warm enough you can swim at manly beach, Shelly beach (south end of manly) or over at little manly beach (a harbour beach)… enjoy!!
