I’m planning a trip for my husband and I to visit London and Paris next summer. We have never been out of the US except to Canada so this is gonna be totally different. I’ve been told by a lot of people it’s best to stay in out parts of the cities as it is cheaper. I want to stay somewhere that we can get easy transportation and still get really great views. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. T.I.A
RaeAlen 0 I’d definitely look at staying in the centre. For Paris the 5th and 6th are both nice, safe areas, really close to lots of sights and the metro14 days ago
gabe 0 Stay in the center of the cities. Its your first time. Staying outside the center will add too much commute time to go to the tourist places that you want to go to.14 days ago
CelineMcGeehan 0 Consider this - stay in the city for as long as you need to and use public transportation. Then, rent a car on the outskirts of the city to travel into the countryside to see the small villages.14 days ago
MoyuSalimifard 0 I like to stay by train stations in town. Sometimes is pretty cheap and maybe a bit seedy but just be careful.14 days ago
