Hey All! We’re in Cairns travelling to Brisbane tomorrow

We are staying in the Gold Coast but fly into Brisbane. We have some excursions booked that go from Brisbane. Can anyone suggest the best way to get between the two? The excursions start early and we need to be there by 8am?
