I dont really want an off road adventure as on my own and being stuck in the outback isn’t really my thing! So how much should I pay – and dont mind a dealer making a living if I get a reasonable deal! Hiring one way looks like is will cost me $4000 dollars or more so that’s set a bar to work to
Wayne 0 I would not drive a $4000 car from Darwin to AdelaideI also would not buy a car for any period of less than 6 months9 days ago
Rad8tion1972 0 I would not risk buying a car n driving it. To many risks in out vast landscape plus risk its a lemon. Plus cars are very expensive. If you hire always pay more and take accident excess down to 0. Also make sure you have unlimited daily mileage. Sometimes they cap it unless you tell them. Safe travels either way12 days ago
PubicJohn 0 I think many of us have misunderstood. If he buys a $20K car and sells it for $17K he’s saved money.12 days ago

Rose♥️ 0 Cars aren’t cheap in Australia, especially Darwin. A $4000 car is not worth even bothering with.13 days ago
kitty 0 It would be such a hassle - you’ll have to change the plates and rego to sell it in a different state and I think you’d also struggle to get insurance at a decent price. I’d just hire.13 days ago
